Requirements

Bachelor's in engineering.
Five (5) or more years of experience in civil design and project work, preferably at a professional consulting firm.
Licensed professional engineer or able to attain one in six (6) months.
Speak and write well.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Team player.

Nice To Haves

Experienced in civil engineering.
Enjoys tackling challenges in transportation, private development, stormwater or hydraulic modeling.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate work.
Adjust and correlate data.
Estimate project costs.
Perform and design technical aspects of engineering projects.
Recognize discrepancies and follow standard procedures.
Build client relationships.
Support construction staff with field changes and clarifications.
Assist with proposal development and scope definition.
Coordinate permitting with regulatory agencies under state and local requirements.
Work effectively under pressure.
