Our Materials Technology team within Corporate Engineering is responsible for the development and commercialization of products that leverage advanced materials — thermosets, coatings, composites, thermoplastics, and metallic alloys — for Victaulic and its subsidiaries. In this role, you'll drive the development and commercialization of products that leverage advanced materials — thermosets, coatings, composites, thermoplastics, and metallic alloys — across our product lines. You'll gain hands-on experience in plastic part product design, polymer processing, and instrumental analysis of chemicals and polymers (FTIR, DMA, DSC, TGA, Tensile, and more), while leading multi-departmental teams from detailed design through commercialization.
