About The Position

Join us as a Project Engineer II and take charge of construction projects from planning through completion. You'll lead site operations, manage teams and budgets, and ensure every project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Product Application — intermediate level; applying technical knowledge to ensure proper installation and execution
  • Communication — developing level; coordinating effectively with teams, stakeholders, and leadership
  • Problem Solving — developing level; addressing site challenges with practical, timely solutions
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience coaching teams and driving accountability on site
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing a detail
  • Proactive problem-solver who anticipates challenges and takes initiative to resolve them
  • Collaborative team player who builds trust and works effectively across functions

Responsibilities

  • Oversee construction sites end-to-end, managing schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Lead site teams and supervise daily activities, ensuring full compliance with safety, quality, and technical requirements
  • Proactively identify and manage risks while coordinating seamlessly across departments and stakeholders
  • Deliver regular project updates and reports to Project Managers, keeping leadership informed of progress and challenges
