Responsibilities
- Maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and claims.
- Assist and support the project team with daily project coordination.
- Procure construction materials.
- Perform quality control and quality assurance checks.
- Coordinate subcontractors.
- Conduct survey and project layout work.
- Take weekly progress photos for reports.
- Manage construction equipment.
- Manage safety.
- Perform project estimating.
