About The Position
The Walsh Group is seeking a Project Engineer for a Federal Building project at Fort Liberty in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The role may be eligible for a bonus and other benefits. The stated annual salary range is $75,000–$105,000, with actual base pay dependent on factors such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous internship, co-op, or employment experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage document control, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and claims.
- Assist and support the project team with daily project coordination.
- Procure construction materials.
- Conduct quality control and quality assurance checks.
- Coordinate subcontractors.
- Perform survey and project layout.
- Take weekly pictures for progress reports.
- Manage construction equipment.
- Manage safety.
- Perform project estimating.
