About The Position

The Project Engineer 1 prepares visual representations of EFCO products for safe and efficient use in manufacturing and construction. The employee must obtain FE certification (EIT or an available international equivalent) before advancing to higher engineering levels. Familiarity with CAD is required. Problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and PC proficiency are listed as a plus. The role has medium physical demands, including occasional exertion of 20 to 50 pounds and specified activities such as frequent walking and sitting or standing, occasional lifting and climbing, and the ability to work at a company office or worksite. The employee must be able to tolerate environmental conditions such as heat or cold, wind, fumes, odors, gases, and noise, and wear required personal protective equipment.
