The Project Director is ultimately responsible for the overall success of the team’s project portfolio including meeting all the Client’s goals regarding scope, budgets and schedules. Ensures Team success through monitoring the resources, processes and progress of each project, including Client relationship, Client satisfaction, team effectiveness, schedule adherence and financial management. Provides the support and resources needed by each project team to successfully perform their duties.
