The ideal candidate will be leading pre‑construction planning and overseeing the successful delivery of multiple new construction and modernization projects. Manages project scope, schedules, and budgets while resolving complex planning, design, and construction issues. Provides leadership and performance oversight for Assistant Facility Development Managers, Design Managers, and design professionals. Prepares and presents project status updates, budget reports, and issue analyses to departmental and board‑level stakeholders. Ensures effective coordination across planning, design, and construction phases to support smooth project execution and organizational goals.
