About The Position

This posting is for a 4-or 8 month Student Fall 2026 placement with a start date of September 8, 2026 and end-date of December 18, 2026 or April 23, 2027. In order to be eligible for this Fall Student position, you must either: Be returning back to school after the work term end-date of December 2026/April 2027; or If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating in August/December 2026), but you require the work term as a mandatory component to in order to graduate successfully. Candidates who apply but are found to be ineligible are not able to be considered. This role is for a detail-oriented student with a passion for driving project success and enhancing business outcomes. We are seeking summer interns across several Project Delivery Specialist roles (including but not limited to the following: Strategy and Product, Product Analyst, Product Associate, Sustainability Intern, etc.) to join the RBC Personal Banking Team. You will play a key role in identifying, testing, and implementing opportunities to improve products, processes, and competitiveness. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop strong relationships, and contribute to meaningful business initiatives. Your application will be considered for roles across these business areas within RBC Personal Banking: Product Management, Social Sustainability, Value Office.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Passion for driving project success and enhancing business outcomes.
• Displays strong competencies in relationship management, collaboration, and time management
• Ability to think “big picture” while balancing smaller details

Responsibilities

• Work on specific projects or business priorities to drive successful outcomes.
• Work and collaborate with colleagues to identify, test, and implement opportunities to enhance products, processes, and competitiveness.
• Assist in designing internal controls and monitoring the effectiveness of regulatory risk management practices.
• Contribute ideas and perspectives to drive better outcomes.
• Develop relationships and coordinate within and across teams to facilitate project execution.
• Use various data sources to research, identify opportunities, calculate benefits, and make recommendations.
• Leverage PowerPoint and other tools to effectively communicate recommendations to various stakeholders.
• Utilize Excel to manage data, support reporting, and identify new opportunities.
