The Project Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating engineering workload, priorities, and resource assignments across Kinetics’ engineering market groups, including HVAC, Building Acoustics, Room Acoustics, and Industrial / Environmental applications. This position is responsible for maintaining visibility of incoming and active engineering work, coordinating project priorities, balancing workload across available resources, and helping minimize time-in-engineering. The role requires more than maintaining a schedule board. The ideal candidate must understand Kinetics’ products, applications, work types, designer capabilities, checking requirements, customer priorities, and offshore resource utilization. This position will work closely with Engineering Supervisors, the Engineering Coordinator, design teams, offshore resources, Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Engineering leadership to ensure that engineering work is assigned, tracked, adjusted, and communicated effectively.
