TESIM Electric is seeking an Entry Level Project Coordinator to assist electrical project teams with organization through scheduling, tracking, communication, and document support. As TESIM Electric expands its commercial electrical business and data-center and mission-critical pipeline across Texas, this role is crucial for maintaining project efficiency. While electrical construction experience is not a prerequisite, the company seeks individuals who are dependable, communicate clearly, learn quickly, and are committed to accuracy.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is welcome but not required.
- 0–2 years of office, coordination, customer service, or construction-related experience.
- Basic Excel, email, and document-management skills.
- Ability to learn construction terms and manage several deadlines.
Nice To Haves
- Electrical construction experience is not required.
Responsibilities
- Update project trackers, action lists, meeting notes, contact lists, and status reports.
- Help route submittals, RFIs, drawings, purchase requests, and closeout documents.
- Coordinate meetings, deliveries, and follow-up with project staff, vendors, and field teams.
- Maintain orderly electronic project files and escalate missing information.
