Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects according to deadlines and budget constraints.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports to ensure transparency and progress tracking.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and capturing meeting minutes.
- Monitor project status and escalate issues and risks to management as needed.
