Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

Assist project managers in developing project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate project activities.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and management.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation including reports, meeting notes, and timelines.
Help identify and resolve potential issues or risks that may impact project delivery.
Organize and schedule project meetings, including preparing agendas and distributing minutes.
