The Project Coordinator provides essential support to an expanding portfolio of projects and intake requests within the Wealth PMO. This role is responsible for enabling consistent, timely, and transparent project reporting; maintaining PMO standards and templates; and supporting Program and Project Managers with day to day coordination activities. As capabilities develop, the role may also evolve to manage smaller projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a Project Coordinator, or similar project support role.
  • Experience supporting multiple projects in a PMO or similar environment, preferably within financial services or wealth management.
  • Working knowledge of project governance, reporting, and delivery methodologies.
  • Hands‑on experience with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive‑level reporting.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to consistency, accuracy, and follow‑through.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and process‑oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work across business and technology stakeholders
  • Eagerness to grow into broader project delivery responsibilities over time

Responsibilities

  • PMO Reporting & Visibility Support centralized project reporting to improve visibility, prioritization, and decision‑making.
  • Produce timely, standardized status reports, dashboards, and summaries for PMO leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Enhance executive visibility through consistent, accurate, and prompt reporting.
  • Governance & Standards Assist with project governance by maintaining consistent reporting, tracking, and follow‑up processes across initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to PMO standards, templates, and best practices.
  • Maintain and continuously improve Wealth PMO templates, tools, and documentation.
  • Project & Program Support Provide day‑to-day coordination support to Program and Project Managers, including tracking actions, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Support project intake and onboarding activities as required.
  • Delivery of Small Initiatives Manage small projects or initiatives independently, as assigned, with increasing scope and complexity as experience develops.
  • Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communications for assigned initiatives.
