About The Position

As a mid-level Project Coordinator in the Project Services group, you will be responsible for assisting the Project Management team with non-technical work and tasks associated with current projects across a variety of industries. This opportunity is available to both local / in-office (Lakewood, Colorado) and full-time remote candidates.

Requirements

  • Education: An associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus, but not required
  • Experience: 1 - 5 years of relevant experience, industry knowledge is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and other computer software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • A strong written and verbal command of the English language
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Nice To Haves

  • Background in engineering is a plus
  • Background in document control software such as Procore is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates the ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to frequent project changes
  • Demonstrates the ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently with minimal oversight
  • Coordinates closely with Project Managers to accurately manage project documentation across multiple projects at different phases, along with other administrative tasks
  • Works with Project Managers, and cross-functionally, to manage the Request for Information (RFI) and submittal review processes effectively, while relaying the information to team members, accurately logging RFI responses and client comments
  • Tracks project submittals and project information such as meeting minutes
  • Performs a variety of duties not listed, to be determined and assigned as needed
  • Maintains outstanding company-client relationships
  • Other duties as assigned
