Position Summary The Project Coordinator serves as a critical operational link in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects across the organization. Working in close partnership with Project Managers, cross-functional internal teams, and external partners, this role ensures that projects are delivered on schedule, within defined scope, and in full alignment with strategic business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a senior administrative support capacity.
  • Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures in close coordination with the Project Manager.
  • Proactively monitor project milestones and deadlines, identifying potential risks early and recommending timely corrective actions.
  • Track deliverables and maintain team-wide alignment on priorities, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Function as a central point of contact for project team members, vendors, and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, status reports, and project updates with clarity and consistency.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and drive accountability by following up on action items through to resolution.
  • Maintain thorough, well-organized project files, records, and documentation in compliance with established company standards.
  • Compile and analyze project data to generate accurate progress reports for senior leadership and client stakeholders.
  • Support the development and ongoing management of project budgets, including expenditure tracking and variance reporting.
  • Coordinate the deployment of internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Support the onboarding of new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the tools, information, and context needed to contribute effectively.
  • Oversee the procurement of project-related supplies, materials, and services in alignment with budgetary and operational requirements.
