About The Position

Trissential is partnering with one of our enterprise clients on a large-scale transformation initiative, and we’re looking for a Project Coordinator who thrives on organization, collaboration, and supporting senior leadership. This is a highly visible role where you’ll act as the connective tissue between leadership, delivery teams, and day-to-day program execution. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Project Coordination and/or Administrative Support roles
  • Proven experience supporting senior or executive-level leadership
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Copilot)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High reliability, attention to detail, and follow-through on tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation or enterprise programs
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Familiarity with expense systems, travel booking platforms, or program dashboards
  • Prior experience acting as “the glue” across cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end administrative and coordination support for a large transformation program
  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reconciliation for senior leaders
  • Support program execution by tracking open actions and driving follow-ups with delivery directors
  • Maintain and update project plans, schedules, and collaborative documentation
  • Prepare and distribute status reports, leadership updates, and presentation materials
  • Facilitate shared document repositories and ensure data accuracy and version control
  • Act as a trusted point of coordination, helping leadership stay focused on delivery priorities
