Occasional overtime and weekend work as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- At least five years of related experience.
Responsibilities
- Create and track all projects through various reports
- Serves as point of contact for all jobs
- Assist with project startup, including the procurement of materials.
- Assist with project submittals and follow-up through approval by client.
- Track change orders, RFI’s
- Responsible for invoicing clients monthly and tracking payment status.
- Responsible for tracking work performed by subcontractors for payment.
- Maintain project documentation and files.
- Assist Project Manager and field personnel as necessary.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
