About The Position

Partner is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to provide administrative and project support to a group of Relationship Managers, Directors, and Project Managers. The role involves modifying, reformatting, and preparing reports and other documents, performing data entry, copying and organizing content, reviewing reports for accuracy, and managing digital files. The Project Coordinator will also support the project team by coordinating administrative tasks, preparing engagement letters and supporting documentation, and handling high volumes of email communication. The ability to work overtime, including weekends, during peak workload periods is also required.

Requirements

  • Editing, combining, and reformatting PDFs
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in documents
  • Highly tech-savvy with the ability to learn and navigate multiple systems efficiently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Navigate File Explorer
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a remote or in-office team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, document production, or coordination role
  • Proven experience handling large volumes of electronic documents and maintaining file organization standards
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone
  • Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading printed and digital documents
  • Requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive computer work throughout the day

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Construction, engineering, or professional services industry experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Modify, reformat, and prepare reports and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Perform data entry and manage large volumes of information with accuracy and speed
  • Copy, paste, and organize content across multiple document templates and formats to ensure consistency
  • Review reports for accuracy in addresses, project numbers, dates, and formatting before submission
  • Rename, organize, and maintain digital files on the company server and shared platforms (FTP, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Support the project team by coordinating administrative tasks and ensuring timely communication
  • Work closely with Partner Associates to prepare engagement letters, templates, and supporting documentation
  • Handle a high volume of communication via email while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
  • Ability to work overtime, including weekends, as needed in peak workload periods
