About The Position

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support major renewable energy and capital infrastructure projects within the Strategic Projects Group. This is a hybrid role based in Minneapolis, MN, requiring onsite work Tuesday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays when project activities permit. You will play a critical part in coordinating project documentation, managing drawing packages, tracking submittments. The projects will include large-scale wind, solar, repower, transmission, and substation projects valued at $15M+.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in an administrative, project coordination, document control, or project support environment.
Experience managing document libraries, project documentation, or document review processes.
Proficiency with: Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneNote
Experience working with PDF management tools such as: Adobe Acrobat Pro, Bluebeam

Responsibilities

Process and coordinate project drawings, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
Manage document workflows and approval routing to project team members.
Track submittal due dates and follow up on outstanding reviews and approvals.
Monitor shared team inboxes and coordinate email communications.
Maintain project records using OneNote, SharePoint, and other document management systems.
Perform quality reviews to ensure document accuracy and completeness.
Manage PDF documents using Adobe Pro, Bluebeam, or similar software.
Prepare and distribute large-format drawing packages and project documentation.
Print, assemble, bind, package, and ship drawing sets and project materials to construction sites.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, construction personnel, and external suppliers.
Support multiple concurrent capital projects
