Requirements

1+ years project coordinator experience in construction or security alarms
Proficient in MS Excel
Pass drug and background screenings
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency working in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and clerical support for installation projects.
Answer phone calls
Job # set up/creation.
Schedule technicians
Assist with ordering equipment, parts, and products when necessary.
Billing – Work-In-Progress (WIP)
Interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers professionally.
Open willingness to continual learning
Demonstrate an understanding of and follow all safety regulations and practices.
Follow all Koorsen policies, procedures, and core values.
Any other duties deemed appropriate by management.
