About The Position

The Project Coordinator will support the project management team in the execution of building, infrastructure, and campus improvement projects. This role is responsible for project data administration, maintaining accurate project documentation, identifying process gaps or inconsistencies, and providing administrative and operational support across multiple projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar project coordination or administrative support role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and complete projects with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to adapt in a changing environment and manage ambiguity effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams and stakeholders
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing project management reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and project-related communications
  • Managing and maintaining project documentation including contracts, budgets, schedules, and project files
  • Supporting project managers and coordinators with administrative and operational tasks across multiple projects
  • Maintaining and updating best practice templates and project resources within SharePoint
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, expense reports, meetings, lunches, and virtual conference logistics
  • Monitoring accounts receivable activities and ensuring compliance with financial guidelines and working capital targets
  • Assisting local teams with achieving annual financial and operational goals
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, clients, and project teams to support communication and project execution
  • Identifying and addressing project-related issues while supporting process improvements and data accuracy
