About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to support a dynamic Special Projects team focused on renewable energy and construction projects, including wind, solar, and battery storage projects. You will report directly to a Senior Project Manager and work with project leadership and teams to ensure successful project execution from planning through completion. This is an onsite position located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, with occasional travel to project sites as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; We will consider equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience coordinating projects within construction, energy, renewables, infrastructure, or related industries.
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

Support project planning, execution, and closeout activities across multiple projects.
Participate in project design and planning meetings and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Identify potential project risks and help develop mitigation strategies.
Coordinate project schedules, deliverables, and team activities.
Monitor project progress and communicate updates to important partners.
Ensure project documentation, reports, contracts, and records are accurate, current, and maintained.
Prepare and distribute project correspondence, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, presentations, and status report.
Help define project scope, goals, and requirements with all partners.
Track project budgets and expenditures and support cost-control projects.
Facilitate communication between project teams, vendors, contractors, and partners.
Support procurement, invoicing, and project administrative activities.
