Symbotic is seeking a Project Coordinator in the Layout Engineering group to serve as the technical-administrative link that keeps engineering workflows moving from design to implementation; handles the logistics, documentation, and communication that keep the projects moving daily. The person in this role acts as the gatekeeper for change management, ensuring all change management records are accurate, current, traceable, and accessible to the right people at the right time. Success in this role requires close collaboration with project managers, internal Symbotic teams, and key stakeholders. The System Layout Engineering team is part of the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Organization, which is responsible for developing the customer’s warehouse layout, facilitating supply chain execution, and delivering world-class support to the installation team. The System Layout Engineering team drives warehouse design excellence through the incorporation of internal and external customer feedback with a consistent focus on reducing costs for both material and project execution lead times.
