About The Position

Design streets that move people—not just cars. At Toole Design, we’re leading the way in creating safer, more connected communities through sustainable multimodal transportation design. We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Project Operations team, someone who’s energized to support and strengthen impactful transportation projects by keeping project information organized, coordinating administrative processes, and helping project teams stay on track.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a business environment, project coordination, or administrative support role, or a business-focused degree with relevant experience
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles
  • Basic understanding of Accounts Payable/Receivable processes strongly preferred
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working with an ERP system (Deltek Vantagepoint preferred but not required)
  • Experience with Supplier Diversity Management software is preferred but not required
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative, service-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide project coordination and administrative support that helps our project teams remain organized, accurate, and on schedule.
  • Assist with project setup, documentation, compliance tracking, invoicing support, and coordination across multiple departments while ensuring project information is current and complete.
