  • Strong follow-through and commitment to driving open items to completion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable communicating with government and education stakeholders as well as internal technical teams
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and determine next steps without waiting for detailed instructions
  • Proficiency with project management and productivity tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar platforms, as well as Microsoft 365

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in networking, IT/technology services, or public sector contracting is a strong plus
  • Engineering degree is desirable but not required
  • Familiarity with public sector procurement processes, including RFPs, purchase orders, and cooperative contracts, is a plus

  • Track open action items across active projects and drive them through completion
  • Maintain accurate project plans, status reports, change orders, and closeout documentation
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer stakeholders on scheduling and administrative project matters
  • Prepare meeting agendas, capture and distribute meeting notes, and track action items to completion
  • Maintain organized project files and records in accordance with company and customer requirements
  • Manage procurement-related documentation, including purchase orders, contract documentation, and compliance checklists
  • Support documentation requirements common to public sector projects
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in project workflows and proactively bring forward solutions

Benefits
