Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail

  • Strong problem-solving, prioritization skills, and time management abilities
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Products (i.e. Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Experience with order and PO entry within an ERP system
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing and heating products
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ year of previous experience in project management

  • Previous experience in the construction industry

Responsibilities

  • Create, revise, and resubmit shop drawings for approval
  • Communicate with customers or Account Managers to define timelines and troubleshoot orders
  • Manage change notices and post-tender addendums
  • Update and share project tracking spreadsheets with the Sales Team
  • Attend site meetings as needed
  • Manage vendor quotes, expiry dates, and negotiate extensions
  • Create and maintain stock for future orders based on project timelines
  • Expedite purchase orders and manage non-stock product purchases
  • Enter returns for surplus or damaged products and obtain RGAs from Vendors
  • Build and manage project spreadsheets to track transactions and ensure budget adherence
  • Prepare operation and maintenance manuals for the end user
