About The Position

The Project Coordinator serves as a key leader for field operations teams, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role acts as the bridge between clients, field crews, and operations leadership while supporting training, quality control, inventory management, and day-to-day project execution. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, operational awareness, and the ability to problem-solve in real time while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3–5 years of experience in: Field operations, Moving and logistics, Installations, Delivery services, Customer service environments
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
  • Frequent walking, climbing, lifting, and equipment handling
  • Comfortable working in warehouse, field, and driving environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee field crews on installation, packing, moving, and delivery projects
  • Set clear expectations and maintain high performance standards
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and positive culture
  • Coach and support team members through training and development
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal teams
  • Conduct team meetings and communicate operational updates
  • Educate clients and staff on company procedures and services
  • Ensure client satisfaction throughout project completion
  • Utilize operations software to track jobs, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Support team training on operational systems and technology
  • Communicate process improvements and feedback to leadership
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges
  • Complete and review job documentation including: Bills of Lading (BOLs), Condition Reports, Supply Lists, Inventory records
  • Track labor hours, tools, and materials for invoicing purposes
  • Ensure accurate tagging, photography, and storage organization
  • Supervise moving, packing, delivery, and installation activities
  • Train staff on proper handling of furniture, artwork, and specialty items
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
  • Enforce OSHA and company safety standards
  • Participate in safety meetings and promote safe work practices
  • Manage damage inspections, reporting, and resolution communication
