About The Position

We’re seeking a Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of the Highway 63 twining project including the construction of MSE walls and bridge structures in Alberta. This is a site based rotational role and is ideal for someone with foundational project coordination experience who is eager to grow, collaborate, and contribute to successful project delivery. In this position, you’ll gaining hands‑on exposure to project management responsibilities and the full lifecycle of a major roadbuilding project. Requirements

  • 3+ years of roadbuilding, infrastructure and/or bridge construction experience is highly regarded
  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience)
  • Project controls, subcontractor management and reporting is essential
  • Technical proficiency in Primavera P6, InEight, SharePoint, Bluebeam, and Excel
  • Ability to work independently in a small, fast-paced team; strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Must be comfortable driving a company truck on active construction sites
  • Valid class 5 license with a clear driver's abstract
  • Must be able to pass Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing

Responsibilities

  • Manage subcontractors, support meetings, agreements, and project oversight
  • Execute project controls: scheduling (P6), progress tracking, quantities, productivity, and reporting
  • Support contract management including RFIs, change tracking, documentation, and identifying risks/opportunities
  • Coordinate surveying activities and assist with cost coding, invoicing, accruals, and forecasting
  • Collaborate daily with safety, consultants, subcontractors, and the project team
