About The Position

You’ll help translate ideas into action by coordinating tasks, tracking resources, driving timelines, and promoting innovation. Your work will directly support the mission of KVC, bringing meaningful change to the children and families we serve.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience drafting reports and presenting to stakeholders
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Familiarity with behavioral healthcare practices is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor multiple projects across business units
  • Facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Help define and implement project management strategies and roadmaps
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address project needs and priorities
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards
  • Operate independently with a proactive, solution-focused approach
