About The Position

Steelman Partners is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Senior Document Management Specialist and perform administrative duties to support the overall operation of the firm. This is an on-site position, and applicants must be located in Las Vegas to be considered. Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple simple tasks throughout the day
  • Experience in administrative, office, or clerical work
  • Resourceful team player, with the ability to be effective independently
  • Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to think out of the box to find a solution
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or similar role
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparing and organizing basic contract documents and forms
  • Update simple project trackers and spreadsheets
  • Create project folders and help maintain organized file structures
  • Upload and name documents following established standards
  • Help perform basic QA checks for formatting and completeness
  • Update document indexes and logs
  • Scheduling meetings, managing meeting minutes
  • Organizing and maintaining filing systems
  • Preparing, editing, and formatting documents
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Help manage printer inventory
  • Assist with large-format printing (training provided)
  • Prepare mounted boards and presentation materials
  • Help with binding and assembling document packages
  • Assist with maintaining equipment lists and documentation
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
