We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to serve in an Owner’s Representative-style role overseeing preventative maintenance, inspections, testing and repair activities for critical mechanical systems at a large healthcare campus in Garland, Texas. This position is responsible for monitoring contractor performance, verifying scope completion, documenting progress, reviewing reports, coordinating schedules, and providing status updates to ownership representatives. This is a non-performing oversight role. The Project Coordinator will not physically perform maintenance, operate equipment, or directly service mechanical systems. Instead, this individual will act as the owner’s field representative to ensure contractors complete work safely, thoroughly, and in accordance with contract requirements and applicable standards. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with central utility plant systems including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, condenser water systems, chilled water systems, and related preventative maintenance programs.
