About The Position

Analog Mechanical Ltd. is a growing mechanical contractor specializing in high-quality, sustainable plumbing solutions for commercial and multi-family projects. They focus on safety, collaboration, craftsmanship, and investing in their people, offering a path for career growth and leadership. The Project Coordinator supports the VP of Project Management & Administration and the Construction team by coordinating schedules, documentation, communication, and resources for mechanical and plumbing construction projects. This role is designed as a development position with coaching and increasing responsibility, aiming for progression into a Project Manager role.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or a related role within commercial or multi-family construction (mechanical or plumbing preferred)
  • Understanding of construction processes, mechanical systems, and project workflows
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear communicator with good problem-solving ability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated interest in progressing into a Project Manager role
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Trade experience, field exposure, or education in construction, engineering, or project management is an asset
  • Project management training or certifications (GSC, PMP, etc.) are considered a plus but not required
  • Experience with software such as Sage 100 or Trimble AutoBid Mechanical is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities
  • Coordinate project documentation, including RFIs, shop drawings, submittmits, change orders, and closeout documents
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized project files in accordance with project and company standards
  • Support effective communication between field and office teams
  • Facilitate communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors
  • Track project progress and identify potential risks or delays for escalation
  • Participate in client meetings and site visits
  • Contribute to post-project reviews and lessons learned
  • Uphold and promote The Analog Way by prioritizing safety, quality, teamwork, growth, and respect for people
  • Perform other duties as required
