About The Position
Berghoff Design Group is seeking a motivated and highly organized individual to fill a Project Coordinator position. Experience with coordinating project management activities, resources and estimates is highly desirable. We also value projecting a professional company image through in-person and phone interactions.

Responsibilities
- Project Estimating
- Assist and understand project ordering
- Project scheduling with team
- Monitor and track project progress
- Work with vendors on time delivery and performance
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project change orders, budget, and scheduling
- Act as a point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
- Office duties to perform general clerical items such as answering client phone calls and help transfer them to the appropriate office person.
- Other duties as assigned.
