Requirements

1-3 years working in a business environment
General business background with working knowledge of principles, practices, and techniques of project management
Strong analytical / problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and time management skills to be able to manage a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment
Read/analyze survey information and site documents for accurate scope and quotes
Provide clear and concise written delivery
Provide excellent customer service by actively listening, understanding needs, and executing a solution
Fast paced email and phone response times
Respond effectively to sensitive inquiries
Verbally communicate effectively with clients/customers
Escalate appropriately when there are questions or escalated issues
Ability and willingness to face challenges and solve problems while maintaining effective customer relationships by meeting or exceeding their requirements and expectations
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Ability to interpret various instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Strong organizational skills

Nice To Haves

Experience in customer service, construction, or branding is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and maintenance of project quoting, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines - manage workload and meet project KPIs
Identify issues in scope and communicate with the external & internal teams/installers/vendors/customers for resolution
Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate through the proper channels
Maintain accurate project documentation for PM communications to the customer
Typically quote and place orders for brand conversion projects
Maintain and understand customer/brand products and offerings to address questions
Collaborate with the team and supervisors to ensure the correct resolution of complex issues
Stay up to date on product knowledge, processes, and best practices as training/information is provided by the team, brand, and supervisors
Use internal systems/reporting for most project initiatives
Contribute to a positive company and team culture
Manage Customer Support Team in box including phone and email requests
And other duties as assigned
