About The Position

Our client is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Project Coordinator to support utility energy efficiency programs. This position serves as a key point of contact for customers and Trade Allies, helping guide participants through program offerings, eligibility requirements, and application processes.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in administrative services.
Associate’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
Must be a New Jersey resident.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Ability to perform well under pressure in time-sensitive situations.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.

Nice To Haves

Experience in inside sales, outside sales, customer service, or appointment setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and Trade Allies regarding energy efficiency programs.
Actively listen to customer needs and goals and promote the program best suited to their objectives.
Work with pre-qualified leads to generate and schedule appointments as needed.
Assist customers and contractors with application processes and program requirements.
Conduct desktop eligibility reviews and help customers identify next steps.
Route inquiries to appropriate team members when necessary.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
Complete customer follow-up activities, including callbacks, referrals, and email communications.
Resolve customer concerns professionally while collaborating with internal teams.
Maintain confidentiality of company and participant information.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and program guidelines.
Perform assigned duties independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
