About The Position

The Admin Coordinator is responsible for independently handling administrative tasks and coordinating support activities. This role works autonomously and may guide other professional-level staff, especially in non-routine situations.   • Advocating for customer and JWC
  • Driving issues to resolution through creative problem solving, effective communication and holding people accountable
  • Defining project tasks and resource requirements
  • Ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress to all stakeholders
  • Presenting reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
  • Assisting customer follow-up on outstanding submittals / estimated ship dates for waterfall reports
  • Assisting schedule release with customer and production planner
  • Acting as the main point of contact for external customers
  • Notifying customers on shipment if schedules have deviated from original dates or issues

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects/timelines simultaneously, while recognizing dynamic and shifting priorities, and adjusting schedules and deliverables accordingly

  • Act as the main contact for solids reduction products from PO (supporting sales team) to shipments and everything in between
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
  • Understanding of project specifications in order to act as an advocate for customer and JWC
