Purpose: The Project Coordinator will report directly to the COO or a designated staff member appointed by the COO. This role requires exemplary customer service to external clients and administrative support to internal clients, ensuring all duties are performed professionally and efficiently. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support capacity, preferably in a professional services, corporate, or insurance environment, is strongly preferred. A background in construction administration would be considered an asset for this role.
