Requirements

Can think creatively – big thinker
Able to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills
Capable of maintaining focus in an open office environment
Strong customer service skills for interface with clients, vendors, and contractors
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills along with interpersonal skills
Professionally accredited BArch or MArch degree required
Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in residential
Experienced AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch-Up user
Proficient with technical detailing
Strong sketch and visualization capabilities
Must be authorized to work in the US when an offer of employment is accepted.

Responsibilities

Provides full support from the schematic design phase through construction documents on projects of various sizes or in specific areas of medium to large projects
Independently applies advanced architectural concepts and designs
Responsible for specific technical design aspects of an assigned major project, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions that best meet the client’s needs
Assists with client and project coordination and presentation materials
Attends client meetings and prepares meeting notes
May provide technical guidance to less experienced team members
