Requirements

A strong ability to follow structured processes and systems without cutting corners
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organized and on track
Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders
Experience in administrative, operations, or project coordination roles (3+ years preferred)
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment

Nice To Haves

Experience in restoration, construction, or similar industries is a plus

Responsibilities

Managing project workflows in alignment with established company processes and systems
Maintaining accurate, real-time documentation across all project files
Tracking project progress, identifying gaps, and escalating issues appropriately
Coordinating schedules for teams, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
Communicating consistently with internal teams, clients, vendors, and insurance partners
Monitoring timelines and ensuring all phases meet company standards
Supporting cost tracking and ensuring documentation is complete and accurate
Ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and insurance-related requirements
Following escalation protocols for delays, discrepancies, or customer concerns
Identifying inefficiencies and supporting continuous process improvement
Participating in on-call rotation and responding to after-hours needs as assigned
