About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects. You will collaborate with project managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to coordinate all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.).
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP or CAPM certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor project schedules, tasks, and deliverables to keep projects on track.
  • Serve as the key point of contact between internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting summaries.
  • Track project progress, resource allocation, and budget expenditures using project management tools.
  • Proactively identify and address project risks, issues, and bottlenecks.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, training sessions, and reviews.
  • Assist with procurement, vendor coordination, and contract compliance.
  • Support continuous improvement and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Foster clear communication and collaboration among project team members and departments.
