About The Position

The Project Coordinator provides critical operational support to the Project and Operations teams and plays a key role in fostering collaboration between field and office staff. This position is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced construction or project-driven environment and values teamwork, communication, and operational excellence. In addition to project coordination responsibilities, the Project Coordinator serves as a culture ambassador, helping to promote a positive, engaging workplace and supporting companywide initiatives that strengthen communication, consistency, and collaboration.

  • Comfort using project management and documentation platforms (experience with Procore preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations Team
  • Act as a liaison between field staff and office personnel to improve communication and workflow
  • Use Procore and other project management tools to manage project documentation
  • Maintain accurate subcontractor, vendor, and business partner records
  • Track and report subcontractor compliance documentation and risk-related items
  • Support project start-up and close-out processes
  • Assist other Project Coordinators as needed
  • Track, organize, and distribute weekly field documentation, including: Progress photos, Daily logs, Short-interval schedules, OpenSpace documentation, Weekly site safety checklists
  • Participate in Operations, Project Coordinator, and Safety Committee meetings
  • Serve as a member of the Business Partners Team, supporting Operations leadership
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Provide front desk coverage as needed
