Parsons Corporation is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist Project Managers, and the Logistics Team, in the management of complex technical security system projects. This position is part of our Federal Solutions team. The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe. Requirements

  • High school/GED equivalent plus at least 8 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 4 years equivalent experience
  • CMMS experience
  • ILMS experience
  • Logistics experience
  • Warehouse operations experience
  • US citizen
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Travel 0%- 25% to high threat posts as needed

Responsibilities

  • Ability to comprehend project plans and complex construction related schedules.
  • Ability to review construction related bill of materials.
  • Ability to perform data entry into purchase requisition system.
  • Ability to track and report on the status of material requisitions.
  • Ability to track and report on the status of shipments.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to monitor and report on construction project schedules.
  • Ability to complete required reporting and project documentation.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to perform standard warehouse tasks including lifting and moving up to 45lbs
