Requirements

BA or two years related experience combined with two years of related training and education.
Strong understanding of math with an analytical mind.
Must have excellent leadership experience, sense of urgency and a natural ability to work in a fast paced and growing environment.
Must have ability to interact effectively with clients.
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Internet
Must be comfortable with hands-on environment of high communication.

Nice To Haves

Experience in construction trades is preferred, not necessary.
Project Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
The role involves coordinating tasks, tracking progress, maintaining documentation, facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders, and assisting project managers with scheduling, reporting, and problem-solving.
Coordinate with DOO, Supers, Foreman and Sales Creat POs
Keep XRM accurate and updated
Upolad project documenation
Create work order packets
Facilitating Communication between sales and operations for smooth collaboration
