About The Position

Looking for project coordinators. We are open to candidates that have done some form of documentation, running meetings, purchase orders, and budgeting. This is an intermediate/entry-level coordinator role but not an entry-level position. The role requires the ability to work in a hybrid environment and attend project sites across Suffolk County (furthest being South Hampton).

Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers with large-scale projects (e.g., multi-floor hospital upgrades).
  • Coordinate meetings, scheduling, and documentation for project activities and meetings.
  • Manage ordering processes and maintain accurate records.
  • Understanding of cost structure. Not necessarily building budgets, but some form of budgeting experience.
  • Act as a liaison between real estate teams and project management.
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-up on project deliverables under PM supervision.
