About The Position

In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating the work of multiple project teams, identifying and removing barriers to successful project completion, and resolving issues with subcontractors. You will provide timely project status updates and assist Project Managers with problem resolution. You will also maintain and update the company database, generate customized reports, create and track contracts, purchase orders, and submittals, and complete project close-out manuals. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact with external vendor representatives and functional consultants, and handle all correspondence between the general contractor, owner, architect, and subcontractors.

  • Skilled in organizing resources, establishing priorities, and working effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Norad and Oracle experience, is a huge plus
  • Telecom experience

Responsibilities

  • Identify and work to remove barriers to successful completion of the overall project, with particular emphasis on resolving issues with subcontractors
  • Provide timely project status updates to the Project Managers' submissions for the Cabinet resolution of those problems and issues that cannot be resolved at lower levels
  • Maintain and update the company database
  • Generate customized reports and pivot tables in addition to utilizing VLOOKUP functionality
  • Create and track contracts, purchase orders, submittals, and complete project close-out manuals
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with external vendor representatives and functional consultants on overall strategic and technical project matters
  • Handle all correspondence between the general contractor, owner, architect, and subcontractors

  • Overtime pay will be provided in accordance with California labor laws, at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate for hours worked over 8 hours in a day or 40 hours in a workweek
