Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in project management or construction, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Professional membership (MCIOB/MAPM/MRICS) or working towards accreditation.
  • Proven project management experience with strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrable expertise in budgeting, planning, and applying project management methodologies effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Define project requirements, resources, and technical services to deliver against the Project Execution Plan.
  • Lead teams and stakeholders to achieve strategic KPIs, ensuring objectives are met.
  • Monitor health, safety, and wellbeing across all stages of project delivery.
  • Oversee project plans, budgets, risks, and timeframes, ensuring diligent management and mitigation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain robust quality systems, risk management, and effective communication.
  • Champion sustainability and net zero carbon transition, embedding carbon reduction into project outcomes.
