The Project Coordinator will enhance the experience of Shaw associates through Total Rewards and other associate-centered initiatives. This role could be filled at either a Coordinator or Manager level based on the candidate's skills, experience, leadership capabilities, and demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and strategic initiatives. The scope and level of ownership will be aligned accordingly. This role serves as a key contributor in designing, improving, communicating, and measuring the associate experience across the employment lifecycle. The Project Coordinator will support and/or lead research, project management, communications, vendor partnerships, digital experience enhancements, and implementation of programs that help Shaw attract, engage, and retain associates. The position requires a combination of curiosity, project management, relationship building, analytical thinking, and communication skills. Key responsibilities include researching emerging trends, managing projects and timelines, coordinating vendor activities, maintaining associate-facing tools and resources, supporting communication campaigns, gathering associate feedback, analyzing program effectiveness, and driving continuous improvement. The Project Coordinator will partner closely with Total Rewards, Health & Wellness, HR Operations, HRIT, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Communications, Learning & Development, Analytics, vendor partners, and other stakeholders to translate associate needs into meaningful solutions. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about creating exceptional associate experiences. The individual must be comfortable operating in ambiguity, balancing execution with strategic thinking, and collaborating across functions to achieve results.
