The Project Coordinator/Sales Support will function as a key member of the Pharma Solid (PHS) group by coordinating PHS import projects, supporting our customers, and collaborating on the stock machine strategy. This role is responsible for the overall project coordination of customer projects in the Americas Region from PO, FAT, SAT and warranty period. It also involves supporting sales, processing customer inquiries and RFQ’s efficiently, and proactively managing and continuously improving internal and cross-functional processes. The position enhances customer service by determining and assisting customer needs while providing timely answers to reduce customer downtime. Coordination of assembly, testing, and shipment of equipment internally and with customers is also a key function, along with assisting in maintaining accurate databases and inventories. Additionally, the role supports the sales and marketing team with coordinating PHS machines for tradeshows and events.
