About The Position

We are seeking a vibrant and detail-oriented Project Coordinator of Sales & Marketing, integral to the success of Project Launches and on-going Sales Programs across existing and upcoming Communities. This role involves supporting various aspects of project delivery, including campaign execution and data analysis. The Coordinator will also assist with Community and product launches, Sales events, Homeowner events, and supporting/maintaining the Sales Centres and Model Homes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Business Administration, Marketing or similar program
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Project Coordination role – New home construction experience is considered an asset (low-rise or high-rise)
  • 2-3 years experience with website CMS platform and some HTML are required – experience with WordPress is considered an asset
  • 2-3 years experience with database email design and deployment is required
  • Proficiency with MS Suite – strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is required
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are required
  • Ability to work full time and in-person, including evenings & weekends
  • Extended periods at a computer may be required at times

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of SQL and Power BI considered an asset
  • Graphic Design experience and knowledge of design tools/software considered an asset
  • Strong attention to detail, takes pride in quality, and works with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent communication skills and commitment to continuous learning

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing execution plans for marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
  • Ensure that campaigns are delivered on-schedule and meet quality expectations across various channels (including website, digital ads, eblasts, signage, etc.)
  • Help track success metrics for marketing campaigns such as audience engagement & traffic
  • Support the planning and execution of Sales events and Homeowner events, ensuring smooth operations and successful outcomes
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination with third-party creative agencies, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring quality performance and timely delivery of all goods & services
  • Aid in maintaining and managing Sales Centres and Model Homes to ensure they are professionally presented including displays & collateral
  • Contribute/Assist in processing invoices and help manage resource allocation to ensure efficient usage
  • Identify and address challenges as they arise, providing support in day-to-day problem-solving
